Key Ingredients :-

• Rice Flour (52%), Salt, Garlic (5%), Red Chilli (4%), Cumin, Sodium Bicarbonates (E500) & Cottonseed Oil.

Cooking Instructions :-

1. Deep Fry :
   • Heat oil in a large deep pan or wok (200°C). To test oil, drop a piece of Rice Cracker in to the oil. If it starts to expand and bubble, the oil is hot enough. Gently drop the Rice Crackers one at a time, holding under the oil with tongs. Take out the Rice Crackers within 3-4 seconds. Place Rice Cracker upright, drain excess oil & serve.
2. Grill/BBQ :
   • Place Rice Crackers under hot grill. Cook until Rice Crackers turns golden colour.
3. Microwave :
   • Lightly brush one side of a Rice Crackers with low fat cill. Place Rice Crackers on a paper towel, then microwave for approximately 20-30 seconds.
4. Open Flames :
   • Roast Rice Cracker over low flame. Turn Rice Cracker frequently using tongs.
