  • Quinoa (58%), Black Gram Dal, Rice, Bengal Gram Dal, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Carrot, Lemon Juice Powder, Ginger Bits, Curry Leaves, Mustard, Fenugreek, Green Chili Flakes, Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Asafoetida.

How To Cook :-

  • Take 1 cup Refresh Instant Quinoa Idli Mix in a bowl and add 1 cup of curd (preferably sour curd).
  • If required, add chopped fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc.
  • Mix uniformly into smooth batter. Cover the bowl with lid and set aside for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, add 1⁄2 measure more curd and mix well.
  • Pour the batter into idli moulds and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with sambhar, coconut and garlic chutney.
