• Sugar, Salt, Cumin, Coriander, Red Chilli Powder, Fennel, Dry Ginger Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Cassia, Star Anise, Clove, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Asafoetida, Edible Oil (Sunfower Oil), Citric ACID(E330)

Recipe :-

• Boil 250 gm potato & make pieces/mash.
• Heat 100 ml oil in a pan, add boiled and mashed potatoes.
• Add 50 gm Refresh Katchhi Dabeli Masala & salt as per taste, cook for 2 mins.
• Slit each pav horizontally keeping one side intact, apply Tamarind chutney on one side of pav & green chilli coriander chutney on the other side.
• Stuff 2 tbsp of above filling and top up with chopped onion, masala peanuts and nylon sev just before serving.
• Roast Dabeli from both side on a hot pan for a minute with butter, garnish with nylon sev and serve hot with tomato sauce.
