Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery charges is the additional shipping cost incurred for delivery of any item. Delivery charge varies with order value of item ordered and cost of dispatch from different warehouse locations at different times.

  2. Standard Shipping Speeds and Delivery charges for Refresh items vary by order value, delivery from different locations & shipping address of the customer. Shipping services are outsourced with well known couriercompanies.

  3. Shipping Charges:

    • Standard Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.

    • Shipping Charges will be varied depending on 1) Total order value 2) Weight of ordered goods 3) Volume of ordered goods and 4) Delivery location.

    • Shipping and Cash On Delivery Charges will be displayed on Checkout Page along with Total Order Value.

    • We are currently not accepting Cash On Delivery orders above Rs. 2,500.

  4. Delivery Time:

  • We usually dispatch most orders within 2-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.

  • While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.

  • If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.

    Estimated delivery time to you may vary depends on: Availability of product and the shipping location to which order is to be delivered.

  1. Refresh Wellness does not deliver products outside the jurisdiction of India currently.

  2. Refresh Wellness shall only deliver the goods on the shipping address given by the buyer at the time of placing the order subject to serviceability of the Pincode.

  3. Item may not get delivered to the client on time due to Force Majeure events like storm, flood, war, strike, pandemic, epidemic or any other conditions not in our control. In such cases, we request customer to wait for 10 days from the date of Dispatch of order and thereafter if client wants to cancel due to late delivery only and wants refund, they can email with a request to cancel on cc@refreshyourlife.in & refund of the same shall get processed within 15 days from the date of request. Maximum refund amount shall not exceed the invoice amount of cancelled undelivered goods. Refresh Wellness may levy extra shipping charges for delivery of goods in restricted area during Force Majeure events.

In case of any return of the goods by the customer as per Return, Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy, Shipping charge shall be borne by the company.
