Recipe :-

1. Boil Pasta :
   • Boil 2ltr water in a deep & large pan. Add salt as required (one can add a pinch of turmeric powder if required). Once the water starts boiling, add the pasta. See the pasta periodically & let it cook for a few minutes till it became neither too hard or soft. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water & pass it through fresh water. Toss the pasta in a little oil to avoid stickiness. Keep it in a bowl.
2. Cook Pasta :
   • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and saute till it turns light golden. Add ½ tbsp chopped green chillies, add 1 chopped onion & saute till it turns transparent. Add chopped vegetables of your choice (carrot, capsicum, peas, brccolli, zucchini), saute in low flame till cooked, mix with sauces of your preference. Add pasta & stir for 3-4 minutes. Add seasoning of your choice. Your pasta is ready to serve.
