Instructions Recipe for fruit custard:
  1. Free Flowing Custard add Custard Powder in 500 ml Milk.
  2. Take 2 tablespoons of custard powder in a bowl, add 100 ml milk to it and make a paste.
  3. Boil remaining milk. Add 4 tablespoons (50 g) sugar to milk.
  4. Add custard paste to milk. Stir continuously & cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. The blend has to be perfectly smooth without lumps.
  6. Let this mixture cool down completely.
  7. Blend this custard nicely with fruits or layer them in between layers of custard.
  8. Keep it chilled until ready to serve.
