Ingredients required:

For pesto sauce:
  • 4 to 5 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Cheese
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Spinach blanched
For pesto pasta:
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Boiled corn
  • 1 tbsp Olives
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Wheat macaroni pasta 
  • 1/4 cup Water

Steps for making:

Pasta:
  1. Boil water in a pan. Add salt and oil to it.
  2. Add wheat macaroni pasta to the boiling water and let it cook.
Pesto sauce:
  1. In a bowl and pour water into it.
  2. Add sugar and salt to the water.
  3. Soak spinach(Palak) in it
  4. In a mixing jar, take garlic cloves, walnuts, cheese, lemon juice, soaked spinach and olive oil. Grind it well.
  5. Your pesto sauce is ready.
Pesto pasta:
  1. Heat butter in a pan. Add pesto sauce, cream, cheese and mix them well.
  2. Add boiled corn, olives, oregano, chilli flakes and salt. Blend them nicely.
  3. Mix the boiled pasta with the mixture, add water and let it cook for a few seconds.
  4. Tempting spinach pesto pasta is ready to curb your cravings.
