White Sauce Pasta Recipe in Indian Style

White Sauce Pasta! With its silky smooth and aromatic sauce made from butter, milk and all purpose flour (maida), it’s a guaranteed way to delight your taste buds.


Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Pasta : 30gm
  • Broccoli : 10gm
  • Onions Capsicum : 10gm (Red, Yellow, Green)
  • Carrot : 10gm
  • Whole Wheat Flour : 30gm
  • Low Fat Milk : 150ml
  • Olive Oil : 10gm
  • As per need
  • Garlic
  • Oregano
  • Chilli Flakes

Preparation

  • Step 1
Put the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add the onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the whole wheat flour, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes or till the wheat flour turns light brown in color, while stirring continuously.

  • Step 2
Add the milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.

  • Step 3
Add the capsicum, broccoli, carrot, whole wheat pasta, salt, oregano, and chilli flakes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 more minutes, while stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
