If you want to make your own garlic bread, there are several ways to do it. You can make it with either garlic cloves or garlic powder or Garlic Bread Ready Mix. 

Ingredients of Garlic Bread:
For Toppings:
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Sweet Corn
  • Bell Peppers
  • Re:fresh Oregano Herbs
  • Re:fresh Chilli Flakes
  • Mozzarella cheese or processed cheese

Instructions to prepare Garlic Bread:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) or heat a pan.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; add Re:fresh Garlic Powder in melted butter or you can even use Re:fresh Garlic Bread Mix in melted butter to prepare a paste. 
  3. Place bread slices on a medium flame on a hot pan or a baking sheet. Using a basting brush add the melted paste of butter and garlic to the bread. 
  4. You can even add some chopped capsicum, sweet corn, bell peppers as a topping on the bread. (this is optional) to make the recipe more tempting.
  5. Sprinkle some dried Re:fresh Oregano Herbs and Re:fresh chilli flakes to enhance the experience.
  6. If you are using the oven, bake the bread in the preheated oven until lightly toasted for about 10 minutes.
  7. Grate mozzarella cheese or any other processed cheese on top of the garlic bread and let it cook until cheese is melted and bread is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the bread from the pan / oven and serve irresistible cheesy garlic bread.

Indian Style Bruschetta Recipe:

Though its Italian flavour is mesmerizing, we Indians love a slight desi touch in almost everything. Indian-style Bruschetta is made with a touch of flavorous Indian masalas. This dish is good for kitty parties and birthday parties and can be served as a starter.

Ingredients of Bruschetta:
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Green Chillies1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½  tbsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander  
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Re:fresh Indian Kitchen King Masala
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  • Re:fresh Himalaya pink salt to taste
  • 1/4 Cup grated paneer
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup pizza cheese
  • Bread slices
For Flavoured Butter:
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter

  • 5-6 Re:fresh Garlic granules

  • 1/2 tsp Re:fresh Chilli Flakes

  • 1/2 tsp Re:fresh Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp Re:fresh Basil leaves

  • Re:fresh Himalaya Pink Salt

Instructions to prepare Indian Style Bruschetta:

To begin making the Cheesy Indian Style Bruschetta, firstly, let’s begin with toppings,

  1. In a bowl take some butter and add cumin, chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum, basil/cilantro, black pepper powder, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, red chilli powder, Re:fresh Indian kitchen king masala and a pinch of Himalaya pink salt, some coriander and grated paneer.
  2. Nicely blend all the ingredients.
  3. Lastly add dried oregano, lemon juice and your topping for Bruschetta is ready.

For Garlic Butter,

  1. To prepare Garlic Butter, take 1/4 Cup Melted Butter, add Re:fresh Garlic Powder or 5-6 Chopped Garlic Cloves, chilli flakes, Re:fresh Oregano Herbs, Himalaya Pink Salt and mix it well.
  2. Take bread slices and spread the garlic butter paste on each slice. Add the Bruschetta topping to the bread slice.
  3. To make it more scrumptious, add some processed cheese or pizza cheese.
  4. Bake the Garlic bread slices with stuffing until the cheese is melted.
  5. Your Indian Style Bruschetta is ready to serve.
